​Our organization is committed to work/life balance and supporting the individuals with whom we work. The position’s starting salary range is $58,000 - $63,000/year, based on relevant experience, skills, and expertise. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, based on 40 hours per week. We provide paid holidays, vacation, sick time, and paid medical leave in keeping with industry norms. We also provide a flexible schedule and offer: FSAs for both healthcare and dependent care, a generous retirement benefit, life insurance, and two options for individual health insurance plans, one of which MECASA pays 98% of the premium and the other MECASA pays 91% of the premium. We offer generous paid family medical leave.
